2. Newsletter and Chapter Events

Newsletter Membership

Newsletter membership is for students ages 13+ interested in receiving updates about virtual STEM events and opportunities.

Chapter Events

Event participation requires separate registration and parental consent for students under 18. All events organized by SWE Next Wake County follow global organization guidelines.

3. Third-Party Organization Events

When using links to events hosted by third-party organizations, their participation rules and responsibilities apply. We are not responsible for third-party events, policies, or interactions.

4. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information:

• Newsletter: Name, email, grade level
• Events: Name, email, grade level, event selection

No other personal information is collected or stored.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when signing up
• Get parental consent if under 18 before participating
• Use the website respectfully and appropriately
• Do not share personal information with others through our services
