SWE Next National Opportunities
SWENext High School Leadership Academy (SHLA)
Virtual, recurring leadership sessions for high school students. Registration opens for each session.
SWENext Connect
Virtual, periodic themed sessions for middle- and high-school students. Sign-ups open per session until capacity is reached.
SWENext Influencer Program
Annual application window opens mid-July. FY26 closed July 28, 2025. Pencil in mid-July 2026 for the next cycle. Open to high school students.
SWENext Awards
Application window typically Jan 2–Mar 1. SWE notes a consolidated cycle opening January 2026. Recognizes outstanding K-12 students in STEM.
